Rachel
​
Rachel is the lead worker at our Fusion Holiday Projects and she does an absolutely incredible job. Always calm on the outside (even when things get busy!), she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
​
She’s kind, nurturing, endlessly patient, and brings so much heart to everything she does. Over the past 4 years with Fusion, Rachel has led multiple clubs, delivered our volunteer project, and even found time for residentials, school projects, and 1:1 sessions!

Julie
Julie is our lead worker for the Gateway Club and also supports the Fusion team with admin tasks. She's currently working her magic on redesigning our website too!
​
Julie brings so much to our team from supporting staff and young people to spreading smiles and kindness through crafts, chats, and her ever-positive vibe.
​
She’s also the star behind our move to a paper-free membership system helping us modernise and stay eco-friendly.
​

Eric
We're so excited to introduce one of our favourite humans Eric! He’s been leading our Junior Club and has quickly earned the title of G.O.A.T. (and yes, the kids love him!).
​
In his other life, Eric is a teacher – and it shows! His patience, kindness, and fun-loving energy have brought such a positive vibe to our program. This summer, he's joined us for just over a week and has already made a huge impact, introducing our young people to some awesome new sports like lacrosse and the vortex.
​
Thank you for being part of the team, Eric – you’re already a legend in our books!
Lauryn
Lauryn has been part of the Fusion family since she was just 8 years old. At 14, she joined us as an Orange T-shirt volunteer, and by 18, she became a staff member!
She’s now involved in all of our clubs and has been a dedicated team member on our residential trips too. We’re so lucky to have her on board.
Abi
Abi has been part of the Fusion family since she was just 8 years old!
She started volunteering in her orange t-shirt at 14, completed all her training, and officially joined the staff team at 17. Since then, she’s made a huge impact in our evening clubs, holiday projects, and residentials.
We’re incredibly proud (and a little emotional ) to share that Abi will be leaving the clubs this September as she heads off to university.
But don’t worry — she’ll be back to join us for holiday projects in the future!

Jen
Although Jen’s only been with us a few months, she’s already made a big impact. From day one, she fit right in, and both staff and young people have been drawn to her calm and friendly nature.
Whether she’s working her magic with puppets, getting creative with crafts, or helping out with the gardening, Jen always brings a warm smile and positive energy.
Welcome aboard, Jen! We’re so lucky to have you and can’t wait to share many more amazing years with you as part of our team
Charlie
Charlie has been part of the Fusion family since he was just 8 years old, often found pouring his heart out singing on SingStar. At 14, he stepped up as an orange t-shirt volunteer, showing kindness, support, and incredible bravery by standing up for his own rights and those of others.

By 17, Charlie became a valued staff member, working in the clubs before heading off to university. We always look forward to the moments he comes back home, proudly wearing his Fusion uniform once again.

Charlie, you might not fully realize just how proud we are of you , but we couldn’t be more thrilled to have you as part of our community!
Martin
​
Meet Martin, one of Fusion’s incredible team members who’s been with us since 2017! With a background in primary education and therapy, Martin brings so much heart and creativity to our space.
​
Whether he’s bringing characters to life with puppets, helping build epic LEGO creations, or taking the time to truly connect with each child, Martin is all about making meaningful moments.
​
He’s a core part of our team in fact, half of our current staff were once youth supported by him, and now continue to learn from his experience and care.
​
At Fusion, we believe our diverse team is one of our greatest superpowers – and Martin is a shining example of that.
Blaise
Blaise has been part of the Fusion fam since she was just 8 years old! She started as one of our awesome Orange T-shirt volunteers and worked her way up to become staff member!

Now she’s at university , but we’re so lucky to have her back with us during the holidays!

We’re super proud of how far Blaise has come and love the way she brings kindness and encouragement to the young people we work with every day.
Liam
Liam first joined us at just 14 years old as one of our amazing Orange T-shirt volunteers. After three dedicated years of volunteering, we're thrilled to now have him as a member of our staff team!
They say never work with children or animals… but Liam does both and with the patience of a saint. His calm, kind, and endlessly supportive nature shines through every day he is with us , making a real impact on both our young people and fellow staff.
Liam, you truly are one of a kind we’re so proud of you and can’t wait to see all you continue to achieve!
Luke
Luke has been part of the Fusion family since he was just 8 years old! From the start, his vibrant personality and natural talent made him a standout , always popular and clearly destined for stardom.
He became an orange T-shirt volunteer, and now Luke has been a key part of our holiday projects staff team since 2022. It’s an absolute pleasure to have him on the team!
Sarah
Sarah has been part of our team for just over a year now, and from day one, she’s felt like family!
You’ll often find her getting creative with the young people during craft sessions, helping out in the kitchen, and always lending a hand to support other staff members. Her energy, kindness, and commitment shine through everything she does

We’re so lucky to have Sarah as part of our holiday scheme – thank you for everything you do!
Eddie
Eddie has been part of the Fusion family since he was just 8 years old! By 14, he was already wearing the orange volunteer T-shirt, helping out at clubs and supporting other young people.
He even started the chess craze here at Fusion, and has been sharing his skills with the next generation using the game as a tool to build connections and grow as a 1:1 worker.
This summer, Eddie officially joined our staff team, and we couldn’t be more proud! His dedication, work ethic, and heart for others are breaking barriers and we think he might even be surprising himself with just how talented he is.
Joe
Joe first joined Fusion when he was just 8 years old, the youngest of his siblings to come through our doors.
Fast forward a few years, and Joe has been volunteering in an orange t-shirt for the past 3 years. Now, we’re incredibly proud to have him as a member of our staff team!
Joe’s superpower? An unmatched ability to connect with our most energetic and spirited young people and the stamina to keep up with them from start to finish every single day he works !
Dante
Dante has been part of the Fusion family since he was 8 years old and has dedicated 3 amazing years as an Orange T-shirt volunteer.
He’s known for being caring, encouraging, and a calm, steady presence amidst our energetic team. Now, we’re thrilled to share that Dante has officially joined us as a staff member!
We’re so proud to have watched him grow and begin his employment journey right here with us. Here’s to many more great moments ahead, Dante!
