FUSION FUNKY MONKEYS TEAM
LEAD YOUTH WORKER
Rachel is a Level 3 qualified Youth Worker and Lead for Fusion Funky Monkeys as well as supporting all volunteers and 1:1 support for young people.
Rachel is proudly dyslexic, steady, thoughtful and calm by nature, building safe spaces for young people. She brings her creative energy and Lego obsession to group.
YOUTH WORKER
Lauryn is a Level 2 qualified Youth Worker, supporting at Fusion Funky Monkeys.
Lauryn started as a young person herself and she climbed the Fusion ladder becoming an orange t-shirt and then progressing on to being a member of staff.
YOUTH WORKER
Jess, joined the team in September 2025 and supports at Fusion Funky Monkeys.
In her day job Jess works with young people all across Cambridgeshire, providing health education about vaping and smoking and sexual health and supporting young people to make their own informed choices.
YOUTH WORKER
Eddie is a Youth Worker for our Funky Monkeys group on a Thursday night.
He was originally an orange t-shirt volunteer for three years before joining as a staff member.
YOUTH WORKER
Jen came to Fusion from a similar project Kick in St Ives and supports at Fusion Gateway With experience in childcare of all ages, and teaching fun science and cheerleading clubs.
Jen has done a lot of volunteering with older people so wanted to balance this out by working with young people too.
