FUSION GATEWAY TEAM
LEAD YOUTH WORKER
Julie is Lead Youth Worker for Fusion Gateway on a Tuesday night and has been part of the Fusion team for almost two years.
She has a background in the creative arts and the education sector which gives her the inside track on how Fusion supports young people from a
variety of backgrounds.
YOUTH WORKER
Lauryn is a Level 2 qualified Youth Worker, supporting at Fusion Gateway.
Lauryn started as a young person herself and she climbed the Fusion ladder becoming an orange t-shirt and then progressing on to being a member of staff.
YOUTH WORKER
Jen came to Fusion from a similar project Kick in St Ives and supports at Fusion Gateway With experience in childcare of all ages, and teaching fun science and cheerleading clubs.
Jen has done a lot of volunteering with older people so wanted to balance this out by working with young people too.
