FUSION JUNIORS TEAM
LEAD YOUTH WORKER
Eric is Lead Youth Worker for Fusion Juniors. He uses his experience as a teacher to focus on building strong relationships and creating a space where young people feel supported, confident, and able to be themselves.
His passion about the outdoors and wildlife, and as a big ice hockey fan that shape how
he talk about resilience, teamwork, and respect.
YOUTH WORKER
Lauryn is a Level 2 qualified Youth Worker, supporting at Fusion Juniors.
Lauryn started as a young person herself and she climbed the Fusion ladder becoming an orange t-shirt and then progressing on to being a member of staff.
YOUTH WORKER
Jess, joined the team in September 2025 and supports at Fusion Juniors.
In her day job Jess works with young people all across Cambridgeshire, providing health education about vaping and smoking and sexual health and supporting young people to make their own informed choices.
YOUTH WORKER
Louise, joined the team in September 2025 and supports at Fusion Juniors.
In her day job Louise works at St. Peters as part of the Safeguarding team, runs the Breakfast Club and is the schools Young Carers Champion.
