Here at Fusion we like our young people to be able to experience opportunities away from the regular term-time clubs and this is why residentials and external trips and visits are so important to us.

The chance to experience being away from home, while gaining life skills such as building confidence and independence, trying new experiences, developing friendships and improving resilience, are invaluable to young people especially where circumstances may prevent them from having access to these types of opportunities. 

This is where funding is so important for our charity, it makes opportunities accessible, so that cost isn't a barrier and young people can take part regardless of their family circumstances.
